Our 90-minute NYC Kalari Studio Sessions focus on the Vadakkan (Northern) style of Kalaripayattu, offering a dynamic exploration of movement and strength. Each session is structured to build both foundational technique and functional fitness.


Kalaripayattu, often considered one of the oldest martial arts, originates from the Indian subcontinent and blends physical prowess with mental discipline. It emphasizes agility, strength, flexibility, and fluidity of movement, deeply rooted in ancestral wisdom.
