7-Day Workshop: A more comprehensive program that dives deeper into the principles of Kalaripayattu, incorporating advanced techniques and more extensive team-building activities. The sessions will help participants build resilience, improve focus, and enhance collaboration skills.

 

Regular Sessions: Companies can engage their employees in regular Kalaripayattu sessions, providing consistent physical activity and team-building opportunities.
